Ana Limón

Dr. Ana Limón is a biopharmaceutical executive with more than 20 years of experience in oncology drug development and global medical strategy. She earned her PhD in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry from the University of Barcelona and completed postdoctoral research at leading institutions, including the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.

Dr. Limón has held Medical Affairs roles at Amgen and senior leadership positions at Takeda Pharmaceutical Company, where she led Oncology Pipeline Clinical Development within Global Medical Affairs, driving strategic alignment across development and commercialization. Most recently, she served as Product Leader at Deciphera Pharmaceuticals, with responsibility for both commercial and pipeline oncology assets. She is currently at Oryzon Genomics, where she leads the development of epigenetic assets in oncology and globinopathies.

She brings deep expertise in hematologic and solid tumor development, global medical strategy, and cross-functional team leadership spanning early research through product launch and lifecycle management.
